| Creada en 1975 con el propósito de desarrollar actividades de provisión, montaje, puesta en marcha, O&M y servicios postventa de equipos generadores de turbogas, Capime Ingeniería S. A. atiende hoy a empresas públicas y privadas de Sudamérica, caracterizándose por su rapidez y eficiencia bajo situaciones de emergencia, complejidad o alto compromiso. La experiencia de la empresa en provisiones bajo la modalidad “Llave en Mano”, montajes, services de mantenimiento y reparaciones de centrales completas, turbo máquinas, componentes y sistemas auxiliares, le permite ofrecer a sus clientes una gama completa y confiable de servicios. La actividad de O&M de centrales térmicas dotadas de equipamiento turbogas reafirma la excelencia de su propuesta. Actualmente gestiona, con índices de disponibilidad sobresalientes, la Central Los Perales (2x38 MW Santa Cruz - Argentina) y la Central Termobarrancas (1x170 MW Barinas - Venezuela). En este rubro se destaca la realización de mantenimiento de centrales mediante contratos a largo plazo, y en ese marco se inscribe la contratación a Capime de Energía del Sur por 18 años para las intervenciones programadas de mantenimiento, como revisión de combustión de gases calientes y mayor. Uno de los modernos servicios ofrecidos por Capime es el Thermal Spray Coating (TBC), siendo este proceso totalmente automático, con un robot de 6 ejes y una cabina especialmente diseñada para el proceso. El Termal Spray Coating ofrece una serie de ventajas significativas: Aporta gran protección contra la oxidación y corrosión, aumentando así la vida útil de las piezas tratadas. Genera una barrera térmica que permite disminuir la temperatura de trabajo de la parte. Mantiene inalterables las propiedades metalográficas originales del material base al no exponerlo a elevadas temperaturas en el proceso. Por tratarse de un proceso automático y robotizado, es muy repetible. Capime Ingenieria S.A. ha certificado y mantiene vigente su sistema de Gestión de Calidad bajo norma ISO 9001:2000, aplicable a operación y mantenimiento de centrales operadas por turbinas a gas, services y reparación de turbogeneradores. |

Our present activity in Operation and Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants confirms the quality of our work , Capime manages with outstanding degrees of availability Los Perales Power Plant (2x38MW, Santa Cruz- Argentina) and Termobarrancas Power Plant (1 x 170 MW, Barinas- Venezuela). Another type of contracts are long term service contracts ,LTSA , one example is Energia del Sur under a contract for 18 years for all scheduled and unscheduled overhauls such as combustion , hot gas path and major inspections. One of the latest and most modern services offered by Capime in our repair facility in Buenos Aires is the Thermal Spray Coating (TBC), a totally automated process with a 6 axis robot and an specially designed booth. Thermal Spray Coating offers the following advantages Extends the life time of components by protecting them against high temperature oxidation and corrosion. Produces a thermal barrier that reduces the component working temperature. Keeps unchanged the metallurgical properties of the base material by reducing the temperatures of the process. Being an automatic and robotic process it is repetitive. Capime Ingenieria SA has obtained and holds valid its quality system under ISO 9001:2000 for the Operation & Maintenance of Power Plants operated by Gas Turbines, Electrical Maintenance Services and Service and Repairs of Turbo Generators. |
